Linda Unveils Radio Ad’s
Linda McMahon for Senate 2010 today unveiled a debut radio ad titled ‘Why I’m Running.’ The ad is currently running statewide; it is scheduled to run for one week.
“I understand and share the frustration and fear of so many Americans, that career politicians are hopelessly out of touch and taking our country in the wrong direction,” says Linda, in the ad. “That’s why I’m running. It’s time for the people of Connecticut to get their voice back.”
RADIO AD SCRIPT
My name is Linda McMahon, and I’m running for United States Senate.
I’m not a career politician. I’m a businesswoman. I was the CEO of a successful company right here in Connecticut that’s traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
Success didn’t come easy. When my husband and I started our business, we went bankrupt and we were forced to start over…without any bailouts from the government.
We lost our home and couldn’t get any credit. But we were able to rebuild with vision and hard work.
I understand and share the frustration and fear of so many Americans, that career politicians are hopelessly out of touch and taking our country in the wrong direction. That’s why I’m running.
It’s time for the people of Connecticut to get their voice back. It’s time for a fiscal conservative who won’t be bought and paid for by special interests. It’s time for a different kind of Senator.
I’m Linda McMahon, candidate for US Senate, and I approved this message.
