An Eventful Weekend

Saturday will be a busy day visiting several events. I’m starting out in the morning speaking to the Federation of Connecticut Taxpayer Organizations. This is a chance to discuss how we can ease the burden on Connecticut taxpayers. Here in Connecticut, we face some of the highest taxes in the country. Washington is out of control, and when I am elected to the Senate, I will work to stop the tax-and-spend practices that Washington has grown accustomed to.
I’ll also be stopping by the “Pipes in the Valley” festival. At noon, four bag pipe bands will be marching over the Founders Bridge. Can’t wait to see this.
Lastly, I’ll be walking around the Durham fair in the afternoon, meeting with folks at the Durham and Middletown Republican Town Committee tents.
